Everett Bayside Marine 2009 Fishing Derby Rules

Saturday November 7^the and Sunday November 8^the

DERBY RULES

1. All National Marine Fisheries and Washington State Department of Fisheries Rules and Regulations apply at all times and supersede any rules or statements made or implied by Everett Bayside Marine Inc.

2. By purchasing the ticket the purchaser agrees to hold harmless Everett Bayside Marine Inc. along with any and all employees, volunteers or sponsors associated with this derby event of any liability.

3. Ticket sales are at Bayside Marine only. Ticket sales end Friday November 6^the at 5:30 pm.

4. The Derby is for Blackmouth and Silver Salmon. One entry fish per ticket. Your biggest fish, you may "bump" your Saturday fish out if you catch a bigger fish on Sunday.

5. Each participant must possess a valid entry ticket and present it when weighing in. Each person in the boat MUST possess a valid ticket, including charter boat entries. (All people on board Must have a ticket)

6. Official weigh-in will be at Everett Bayside Marine on both days of the Derby: Saturday November 7^the  until 5:00 pm and Sunday November 8^the until 12:00 Noon. No fish brought in after this time will be weighed or eligible.

7. There will be prizes for the biggest Blackmouth or Silver Salmon and a separate prize will be awarded for the biggest Chum Salmon. A drawing will be held for all remaining prizes after all fish entrants have been awarded.

8. Ties will be broken by earliest date and time of entry.

9. The Judgment of Everett Bayside Marine's Derby Committee is final. All fish entered become property of the committee until final decisions of awards are determined.

10. Fishing for the Derby shall be restricted to areas 8.1, 8.2, 9 and 10. Subject to Fish and Game Regulations and openings.

Saturday 8 am to 5 pm and Sunday 10 am to 12 noon
